• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened cosmetics/skincare products (for hygiene reasons).

• Products purchased on clearance or during special promotions.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Refunds are credited within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for incorrect or damaged items. Contact support@botanicboost.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
